The OAP shared on Instagram, “Happy birthday to my first love ❤️❤️❤️ I stood in the shadows, scared for my dear life, I stood in the dark too afraid to let you see me. I watched them gather around, I watched as they put the fire on your pants out. You seemed ok, you walked right past me and all I wanted was a hug but I was too afraid, the darkness was my comfort. I knew my life had changed, uncertain what would come next. Was it all a dream? Had I known it’ll be the last time I’ll see you or hear your voice, I would have begged you to stay. I would make good grades dad, I’ll be obedient, please stay. I would have told you how much I love you daddy, you broke down the doors with your bare hands so we could run to safety, that’s who you were. I love you but God needed you early, heaven couldn’t wait for you.”
